Access should not stand between you and flooring help. Floors Now wants everyone to be able to use FloorsNow.us and get the information or assistance they need. We use Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a guide while we continue to review and improve the site.

Practical measures across the site.

Accessibility is ongoing work. These are current measures, not a claim that every page or third-party feature is barrier-free.

Pages identify English as the primary language and use headings and landmarks to organize content.
Meaningful images generally include text alternatives, while decorative media is hidden from assistive technology.
Website forms include labels that assistive technology can identify and show submission errors in text.
Navigation is designed for keyboard use, with labeled controls, Escape-key handling, and focus restoration in the mobile menu.
The decorative homepage video includes a pause or play control and respects a device's reduced-motion preference.
Live product-catalog error and no-JavaScript states provide telephone and written-contact alternatives.
Color, focus styles, responsive layouts, and plain-language explanations are reviewed as pages are created or revised.

Third-party tools

Roomvo's live catalog, Google Maps, YouTube, and Wells Fargo are controlled by other companies and may behave differently with assistive technology. Call us or send the online accessibility form if one of these tools blocks the information or task you need.

Video pages include written summaries and related resources, but a complete site-hosted transcript is not yet available for every video.

Some downloadable or generated PDF documents have not undergone a formal screen-reader assessment. We can help provide the important information in another format.
