They did an incredible job from start to finish. Originally, I was just going to buy materials from them, but after speaking with them I decided to get a quote for the install too. They were easy to work with, the quote had all the material broken out into individual line items, and their customer service was excellent. Most importantly, the install of my new kitchen floor is flawless. The guys who installed it were friendly, efficient, did high quality work, and didn’t cut any corners. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

My new best friend Ambre transformed my kitchen into my own personal utopia. Not only did she sense what I was looking for, but took the time to explain the product and its functionality for my high traffic home. The installation crew, headed up by Alex, was superb. It’s amazing how just changing a kitchen floor can turn the room into my favorite room in the house!!!!

As far as the sales, Colin was awesome. Helped us pick exactly what we wanted and was very patient with us, even helped us to save money on an insurance job, and made sure we got a durable floor which so far is very durable. I’ve dragged my appliances all over it and no scratches. As far as the install, Efficient, good quality work, very clean and receptive to what I wanted. “David” was very helpful, and quick! I’m very happy, and I’m usually quite critical and a perfectionist. I can’t find one problem with the floor.

Wanted to give the folks at Floors Plus kudos for the job that they did for my two Advanced Dental dental offices. Collin was very helpful in assisting us in selecting the right type of flooring for our commercial location that would allow us to incorporate our new color scheme with long lasting flooring products. Undertaking a project where both of my offices would be closed was daunting, however the installation team, led by Marco, was very professional and completed the job quickly to minimize our business down time. Pricing was competitive and very fair. Overall a great experience and I recommend them highly.

WOW! My bathroom looks new!! What a great job FloorsNow! did in installing a vinyl floor over an existing floor. I wasn’t sure it would work out and it came out excellent, and looks the best it ever has. I cannot say enough good about the professionalism of the workers at the retail store as well as and high quality of workmanship the installers performed. Much better than the Big Box stores were workers are not always experts in the area you are updating. I would not hesitate to recommend FloorsNow to anyone ~ great experience.
