FloorsNow.us can request public information about Floors Now from the Google Places API, including our business name, overall Google rating, total Google review count, and a limited set of reviews selected by Google. That server request identifies the Floors Now place listing and does not include information you enter in an estimate, contact, event, email-signup, or support form.

Google attribution and review-author information are displayed with Google-provided content. Loading content such as an author profile image, opening a review, or following a Google Maps link may give Google technical information such as your network address, browser or device information, referring page, and the date and time. Google handles that information under the Google Privacy Policy.

We do not keep Google Places review content as a permanent customer record. The public Google place identifier may be stored, and Google-provided place and review content may be held temporarily only as permitted by Google Maps Platform requirements.

The customer-facing site uses browser session storage for attribution and saved Flooring Fit information described above. Session storage normally clears after the browser session ends, although browser behavior and settings can vary.
