Existing-floor assessment

Repair starts with the floor and the cause.

Request a floor repair assessment anywhere in Connecticut. We review the material, cause, affected area, access, and matching options before approving work. A request begins the review and does not guarantee that a particular repair or material match is available for the floor.

Before and after installation

Preparation is part of the flooring system.

The finished surface depends on what supports it and how it connects to the rest of the space. The scope may include removal, subfloor work, moisture evaluation, waterproofing, transitions, stairs, or other coordinated details.

Choose around the room

Compare flooring before you compare samples.

Our Product Guides explain common styles, practical benefits, suitable spaces, and the details worth discussing before installation.

Connecticut flooring FAQ

Questions homeowners ask before a flooring project begins.

Do you install flooring throughout Connecticut?

Yes. Floors Now considers flooring projects across Fairfield, Hartford, Litchfield, Middlesex, New Haven, New London, Tolland, and Windham counties. Share the location and scope so our team can confirm scheduling and the most useful next step.

What if I do not see my town on this page?

A featured community guide is not required for Floors Now to consider your project. Those guides will be added when we have useful local project information to share, and they will not be a complete list of the areas we serve. Submit your ZIP code and project details so our team can review the location and scope.

What types of flooring do you install?

Our installation services include carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl plank and luxury vinyl tile, laminate, and ceramic or porcelain tile. We also coordinate commercial flooring and specialty project details when they are part of the agreed scope.

Can I purchase flooring and arrange installation with the same team?

Yes. Floors Now provides flooring materials and installation services. We can help compare products, identify preparation needs, and build the installation scope around the room and selected material.

Do you remove existing flooring or prepare the subfloor?

Those services can be included when the project requires them and they are part of the agreed scope. Flooring removal, subfloor preparation, moisture testing, and waterproofing are reviewed separately because site conditions vary.

Do I need to know which flooring I want before contacting you?

No. Start with the room, how it is used, and what matters most to you. Our team can help narrow the product choices and recommend the next project step.

How do I request an estimate?

Submit the project form with the location, rooms, flooring type, timing, and any useful notes you have. Final pricing may require product selection, measurements, and a review of relevant site conditions.

Ask about your service area

Tell us where in Connecticut and what you are planning.

Not seeing a town guide does not mean your project is outside our service area. Share the ZIP code, spaces, preferred flooring, and timing, and our team will review the location and scope before following up about the next practical step.
