Every flooring project installed by Floors Now includes our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty and one FloorGuard plan for year one. Your project scope determines whether the included level is Essential, Complete, or Concierge, and your written proposal shows that level before you approve the project.
Year one is included. Renewal after the included year is optional and paid one year at a time.

Important FloorGuard limits
The included first year is subject to the same plan-specific benefits and limits. Plans are for one home and up to 2,000 square feet. Unused visits and savings expire at the end of the plan year. Cleaning may be performed by Floors Now or a trusted service partner.
Additional Essential limit: New parts, whole-floor work, and water cleanup cost extra.

Renewal is optional. If you choose to continue FloorGuard, the annual renewal price for your level is shown in the at-a-glance comparison above.
No. They are separate. If an inspection confirms that Floors Now installation workmanship caused the problem, the Lifetime Workmanship Warranty applies and FloorGuard plan visits are not used.
The workmanship warranty lasts for as long as you own the property. It applies only to verified installation workmanship performed by Floors Now.
Contact Floors Now and describe the condition. We inspect the affected area and original installation, confirm whether our workmanship caused it, and select the appropriate correction. Approved corrective labor for the affected installation is provided at no charge.
A Floor Rescue is a scheduled, non-emergency repair appointment for one small, connected area of qualifying Floors Now-installed flooring. Complete includes one per active plan year with up to 90 minutes of onsite labor. Concierge includes two, each with up to 120 minutes. Essential does not include this benefit. Workmanship-warranty corrections are handled separately and do not use a Rescue.
Only Concierge includes one limited Signature Floor Refresh. The member chooses up to three carpet rooms, up to 500 square feet of hard floor, or one small tile-and-grout room. Essential and Complete include eligible cleaning discounts, not an included cleaning visit.
No. Unused visits and savings expire at the end of the plan year. Each plan is designed for one home and up to 2,000 square feet, subject to the full written rules.
