Before the project
A little planning helps the work start smoothly, keeps the site safer, and protects the finished result.

Preparation checklist
Your final scheduling notes and proposal take priority; this guide helps you know what to expect.
Remove personal items, electronics, and fragile objects. Confirm who moves, disassembles, and resets desks, displays, or other furniture, and who handles existing flooring and disposal.
Share parking, keys or codes, loading and elevator rules, work hours, and a day-of contact. Keep routes open and children and pets away from the work. Agree on phasing before assuming a room or business can remain in use.
Describe leaks, condensation, odors, old adhesive, or past attachment failures. Confirm how conditions discovered after removal will be documented, priced, and approved.
Follow the chosen tile and attachment system's storage and conditioning plan. Provide a suitable staging area and operating room conditions before the scheduled fitting.
Confirm when walking, rolling chairs, heavy furniture, and cleaning may resume. Early loads can disturb the attachment. Include door and trim responsibilities and the handoff of labeled spare modules.
