In August 2026, a Windsor homeowner came to Floors Now with the exact bathroom floor she had already selected: Mannington Penny Lane sheet vinyl in Quartzite Granite-Gold. Obtaining it through another company would have taken longer than she wanted, so Floors Now supplied the requested 12-foot-by-7.5-foot sheet and completed the 62-square-foot primary-bathroom floor in half a day. The documented scope began with exposed plywood and no flooring removal. The crew installed 62 square feet of 1/4-inch Ultraply underlayment, prepared the panel seams with MAPEI Planiprep SC, and fully adhered the new floor with Mannington M-GRIP as one seamless piece. A three-linear-foot, 1-1/2-inch flat silver metal transition and coordinating MAPEI Keracaulk Unsanded completed the documented finish work. The homeowner loved the finished floor and was very happy that Floors Now delivered exactly the selection she wanted.
