These homeowners wanted brand-new floors for the first home they are building a life in together. In August 2026, Floors Now completed the first of two planned phases by removing laminate from the primary bedroom, two additional bedrooms, and the hallways while leaving the tile beneath in place. The crew installed approximately 650 square feet of Karndean Opus Rubra WP316 gluedown luxury vinyl plank in one workday. The basement, kitchen, and living room remain planned for Phase 2, and this project record can be updated when that work is complete.
