Cyrus Fauna LVP and Palmetto I Carpet in an Apartment

In August 2026, Floors Now completed a one-day apartment flooring project in Branford for a restoration company through one of our established partners. After moving the required furniture and two appliances, the crew completed localized preparation with PROMA Pro Patch and installed 94 square feet of Everlife Cyrus Fauna floating LVP in the kitchen with two threshold or end-cap details. The carpet scope included removing and disposing of 200 square feet of existing carpet, installing 240 square feet of DreamWeaver Palmetto I in Sun Washed with new pad across the living-room and stair areas, and fitting the selected carpet across 13 main-stair steps using the waterfall method. The coordinated LVP, carpet, stair, preparation, and room-handling scope was completed in one workday.

• Moved furniture in the work areas and moved two appliances for the kitchen installation
• Completed localized subfloor leveling with PROMA Pro Patch
• Installed 94 square feet of Everlife Cyrus Fauna LVP as a floating floor in the kitchen
• Completed the LVP scope with two threshold or end-cap details
• Removed and disposed of 200 square feet of existing carpet
• Installed 240 square feet of DreamWeaver Palmetto I carpet in Sun Washed with new pad across the living-room and stair scope
