In August 2026, a landlord needed an East Hampton property prepared for rent by a specific deadline. Floors Now removed and disposed of the existing floating LVP and carpet, back-screwed 253 square feet of subfloor, and used Planiprep SC and PROMA Pro Patch for surface preparation. The crew fully glued down 280 square feet of Karndean LooseLay Lemon Spotted Gum in the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway, then installed 630 square feet of Mohawk Treasure Valley carpet in Honey Butter with new pad through the living room, two bedrooms, and closets. Appliance moving, toilet removal and reset, cove base, and two threshold or end-cap details were included. The complete flooring scope was finished in one workday and met the customer's rental-readiness deadline.
