In July 2026, Floors Now completed an after-hours commercial flooring project in an unnamed Milford school where the gym carpet and men's restroom VCT were very old. After the underlying issues associated with prior water damage were handled, the installation was organized around a firm inspection deadline. A Floors Now driver collected the required materials from the distributor the day before work began to protect the schedule. Over Saturday and Sunday, the crew replaced 826 square feet of glue-down gym carpet with Philadelphia Commercial broadloom, installed new cove base and a vinyl transition, removed 139 square feet of restroom VCT, skim coated the substrate, coordinated the toilet removal and reset, and installed Armstrong Standard Excelon Imperial Texture VCT in Grayson with new cove base. Both spaces returned to service, and the inspection deadline was met.
