In August 2026, Floors Now completed a focused carpet repair in Kensington, a village within the Town of Berlin. The customer wanted to retain the existing finished-basement carpet. The crew installed 300 square feet of Tahoe 8-pound, 7/16-inch cushion with SpillGuard throughout the approved area, removed affected tack strip that had been set too close to the baseboard, installed 60 linear feet of new tack strip at the proper distance, and restretched approximately 272 square feet of carpet. Fifteen linear feet of vinyl transition completed the adjoining flooring edge. The verified project information does not state why the customer requested new pad, so no cause is inferred.
