The scope was planned as one coordinated day: removal and disposal of the existing carpet, new padding throughout, both carpet selections, and the bound runner across 13 stairs. Doing the sunroom, hallway, and stairs together kept the materials and transitions consistent, and the crew completed the installation in one day.
