Tarkett ProGen Plus Bespoke Oak Autumn LVP in a Plainville Condominium

A Plainville homeowner wanted a beautiful new floor quickly for his brand-new first condominium and loved the appearance of Tarkett ProGen Plus Bespoke Oak Autumn PP032. He chose Floors Now because the team provided unusually detailed information before the purchase and offered strong value. Before installation, the homeowner removed 533 square feet of carpet and pad himself. Floors Now then completed Phase 1 in August 2026: three labor hours of leveling with three bags of PROMA Pro Patch, no separate underlayment, and 523 square feet of click/floating LVP installed through two bedrooms, two closets, the hall, and stair landings from 529.69 square feet supplied in 23 cartons. The crew removed and reinstalled 180 linear feet of baseboard, handled related caulking and touchups with coordinating MAPEI Keracaulk Unsanded, installed one reducer and two T-moldings at the laundry and boiler-room connections, and completed both stair noses and the landings without riser work. Ten matching stair treads require custom mill fabrication and an approximately one-month lead time; they remain scheduled for Phase 2 in September 2026. Three 28-ounce tubes of PL 3X construction adhesive are documented for that pending stair scope, not as material consumed during Phase 1. The homeowner is satisfied with the completed first phase and excited to see the custom treads installed. The stairs and overall two-phase project are not represented as complete.

Scope of work

Phase 1 completed the floating LVP, leveling, baseboard, transition, landing, and stair-nose work while keeping the custom treads clearly scheduled for Phase 2.

• Completed the related caulking and touchups with coordinating MAPEI Keracaulk Unsanded
• Installed one reducer and two T-moldings at the laundry and boiler-room connections
• Completed the LVP stair landings and both stair-nose details; no riser work was included
• Documented three 28-ounce tubes of PL 3X construction adhesive for the scheduled stair-tread scope, without representing them as consumed during Phase 1
• Completed Phase 1 in August 2026; 10 custom mill-made stair treads remain scheduled for Phase 2 in September 2026 after an approximately one-month lead time
